Orders are confirmed only after successful payment, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary. As our products are made from natural human hair, slight variations in texture, color, and length may occur. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. VGP HUMAN HAIR is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, chemical processing, or incorrect styling, and our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect products and must be requested within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method. Please note that used, worn, chemically treated, or customized products, including special lengths, colors, or textures, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation and undergo quality inspection before dispatch. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details to monitor their delivery. Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 3–5 working days, while international shipments generally take 7–10 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
